For Our "Retail" Customers The shopping cart total does not include shipping fees. Only the exact shipping fee will be added onto your order's total and ( we never add on those extra handling fee charges ! ) Ordering with us indicates: your knowledge of and your approval for us to add on the carrier's shipping fees to your order's total. We utilize either USPS or UPS Delivery Services - we choose at the time of delivery which method will be the most economical (for you, our customer) taking into consideration additional factors such as: anticipated delivery times, seasonal/holiday shipping dates, and the fee, etc. We consider each order, the weight and location of delivery, before we choose between the USPS and UPS Carriers.
